6. Closed Session: Pursuant to S. 19.85 (1) (e), Wisconsin Statutes, and upon proper motion, the committee will convene into closed session to consider the purchase of 213 Superior Street.
Upon completion of discussion in closed session and upon proper motion, the committee will reconvene into open session to act on matters discussed, if necessary, and to proceed with the regular order of business.
7. Closed Session: Pursuant to S. 19.85 (1) (e), Wisconsin Statutes, and upon proper motion, the committee will convene into closed session to consider the sale of property in the Industrial Park.
Upon completion of discussion in closed session and upon proper motion, the committee will reconvene into open session to act on matters discussed, if necessary, and to proceed with the regular order of business.

* PUBLIC HEARING—A hearing will be held regarding the preliminary resolution authorizing sidewalk assessments and the report of the Civil Technologist pertaining to reconstruction of city sidewalks. All individuals wishing to address this matter will be given an opportunity to speak at this time.
* CITIZEN COMMENTS—Individuals not listed below and wishing to address Council must sign in prior to the meeting. A time limit of 5 minutes will apply unless otherwise approved by Council. Any ruling by the presiding officer relative to Citizen Comments may be overruled by a majority vote of members present.
