Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m.on Thursday, May 23, 2013, and should be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 700 Edison Street, Antigo, WI 54409, in a sealed envelope marked “Ninth Avenue Reconstruction 2013”. 

The City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.  No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening date.

 RECURRING BID INFORMATION FOR THE CITY OF ANTIGO

Agricultural Land Lease

• Bypass Parcels: Contract lease is effective for 4 years beginning the 1st day of April 2012 and ending the 1st day of January 2016.
• Koszarek Road Parcel: Contract lease is effective for 5 years beginning the 1st day of November 2009 and ending the 1st day of November 2014.

Mat & Towel Service (Fire Department, Street Department, City Hall and Parks Department)

• The current contract is in effect from April 1, 2010 – March 31, 2013 (this is a three year bid)

Fuel

• The current fuel bid is effective from January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2013 (this is a two year bid)

Future bid specs, requirements and documentation are subject to change depending on various department needs, requests or policy changes.

Bid information is typically posted 3 months prior to the current bids expiration date – however, this is subject to change.
