Shelter Reservation Calendar & Reservation Forms
To place a tentative shelter reservation on our calendar, please click the "Request a Reservation Link", or call our office at, 715.623.3633 extension-131:
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance of the requested reservation date.
All Tentative Reservations will be held for 5 business days. If we have not received payment in 5 business days the tentative reservation will be forfeited.
You will need to include the following information:
- Shelter Name (East or West, If Applicable)
- Contact Name, Address and Phone Number
- Date and Time of Requested Reservation
- Beer Sales, Tent, or Amplification
- Special Requests or Questions

All park shelters are reservable May 1 - October 1 and cost $40.00 for city residents, $80.00 for non-residents. The Lake Park Concession Stand costs $50.00 for city residents, $100.00 for non-residents.

All shelter reservations will now require a $50.00 deposit. If someone in your party is observed driving or parking in the park, your $50.00 deposit will be forfeited.
There is a minimum fee of $100.00 for all non-emergency call-outs to staff. Please be sure to review the shelter reservation policies before the date of your event.
