Automatic Bank Payments (Click here for ACH form)
Payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month. Please complete the ACH payment form above and return to our office along with a voided check, or for your savings account, the bank name, routing number, and account number. You will continue to receive the same utility bill as you do now, but will be noted Auto Withdrawal - Do Not Pay. Each month, the amount due will be deducted from your bank account on the due date. Bills are generally due/deducted 3 weeks after the date it is issued. This allows plenty of time for budgeting your monthly payments.
You may cancel your automatic withdrawal at any time. Just complete the ACH cancellation form and return to our office at least 3 business days before the date of the scheduled payment. (Click here for ACH cancellation form.)
